Contents of the Memorandum:

1-Security and Safety:

– Combating crimes, corruption, drug trafficking and human trafficking.

– Enhancing training and education by implementing various courses, especially in the field of security and road safety, fire protection and disaster assistance.

– Working to raise awareness of the importance of security.

– Exchanging knowledge and expertise between the institution and other organizations of common interest.

– Organizing meetings, seminars and conferences with professionals and specialists and implementing courses in the field of security and exchanging knowledge, expertise and information.

Commitments of the Parties.

Each party is committed to supporting the common goals and activities and providing the necessary resources for the execution of the provisions of this memorandum

The parties are obliged to maintain the confidentiality of each other’s information and data

2: Scientific and Educational Cooperation.

Organizing joint workshops, seminars, and training courses in areas related to sustainable development, natural resource management, social sciences, and other specialized fields

Exchange of instructors, researchers, and experts for conducting training courses and specialized – workshops

Creating online and in-person educational programs aimed at increasing access to educational content and enhancing knowledge levels

3: Exchange of Experiences and Knowledge Transfer.

Establishing the necessary platforms for exchanging successful experiences and best practices in various scientific and practical fields

Preparing and publishing joint articles, reports, and books in scientific and research areas

Forming joint research groups to address current issues and challenges and provide practical solutions

Identifying opportunities for cooperation in joint economic, social, and environmental projects

Attracting financial support and investment for joint projects and innovative initiatives
